My mother taught me everything about life and believing in myself. There was only one lesson she didn't teach me — how to live without her.

When she died in 2019, I lost more than my mother. I lost myself. By 2021, the weight of grief had become heart failure, a depression and anxiety diagnosis, a broken marriage, and a hospital bed where I prayed to God to let me go. The darkness was that loud. That heavy. That convincing.

But something would not let me go. A quiet whisper told me I was born to change lives.

I fought. It turned me mentally and emotionally black and blue. But I fought for me — and I won. That is my Shift.

Now I am your whisper. I show up for women who are drowning in their own silence — who are trying to portray that they are okay when they are anything but. I know what it costs to stay stuck. I know what it feels like when fear, grief, and doubt are louder than everything else. And I know what waits on the other side when you decide to fight.

You don't need another expert. You need someone who has walked through the fire and came out knowing exactly what she was built for.

That is who I am. And The Shift is where we do this together.

Before you enroll

Who is The Shift designed for?+

The Shift is designed specifically for women ages 35–65 who are ready to stop being held back by fear and self-doubt. You do not need to be in crisis — you need to be willing to look honestly at what has been keeping you small and do something about it.

What if I've tried other programs and they didn't work?+

That experience is worth bringing into The Shift. Most programs focus on strategy and tactics. The Shift goes to the root: the fears, the stories, and the relationship you have with yourself that determine whether any strategy actually sticks. If things haven't held, this is likely the missing piece.

How much time do I need each week?+

Plan for approximately 3–4 hours per week: two lessons (15–20 min each), workbook journaling (30–45 min), the live coaching call (60–75 min), and an accountability check-in (15 min). Designed to integrate into a full life — not require you to put it on hold.

What if I miss a live call?+

All live calls are recorded and made available within 24 hours. We strongly encourage live attendance for the full community experience — but if you cannot attend, you will not lose access to the content.

Is this therapy?+

No. The Shift is a coaching and transformation program, not therapy. We hold the work with care and trauma-informed awareness. If you are currently working with a therapist, The Shift can complement that work beautifully.

Is there a payment plan?+
